Current Employee It is a really tough time in the Mid-Market space at ServiceNow. Leadership is experiencing turnover with very few actually contributing to deals or AE coaching/support. Almost all accounts in MM are changed between AE's every year leading to lack of roadmaps, trusting relationships, and consistency on both ends. Quotas have gone up roughly $100k YoY with some doubling in my case. There's 0 helpful sales enablement internally and lack of career progression opportunities or coaching. Product market fit is poor as ServiceNow is an enterprise level PaaS solution in both complexity and price, leading to increasing numbers of stagnant, unhealthy Mid-Market customer's (sub 2000 employees) unwilling to grow and on the path to debooking.
