My experience overall was a good one. I adored my team and a lot fo the folks I was fortunate to work alongide. Ego within the C-Suite team and People Ops organization was very unfortunate and led to some seriously disrespectful moments. The CEO kills deals with his “know it all” attitude inserting himself at the worst times. His ego can’t understand why everyone doesn’t want his software. 2 of the 3 biggest customers have moved off and the last customer is likely to churn due to lack of product fit and the sales team ability to manage accounts.
