How does the Flex Comp system at Shopify really work? I'm interviewing to be a Senior Mid-Market AE. Need clarity on Salary, Comp, and actual OTE of the role. Also, hows the org doing? Anyone hitting numbers and making money?
More QuestionsDid this latest layoff at Shopify of nearly 20% hit the sales org hard? Accepted a role as a SMB AE for Retail (expansion). Noticed quota attainment was low for last Q, but did see they ended up adjusting quotas after the fact due to the low attainment. Is attainment historically low? How often do the territories change once you've been assigned? Should I be concerned?
