I made through the first round of interviews, and recruiter said I should be getting an invite for a panel interview with a discovery call mock up. Role is SDR. What to expect during those calls? Anything I should do to prepare?

More QuestionsDid this latest layoff at Shopify of nearly 20% hit the sales org hard? Accepted a role as a SMB AE for Retail (expansion). Noticed quota attainment was low for last Q, but did see they ended up adjusting quotas after the fact due to the low attainment. Is attainment historically low? How often do the territories change once you've been assigned? Should I be concerned?
