What is the average OTE for SMB Core Retail? I feel like there is such a spread in OTE/Comp so I'm wondering what everyone is making on average.
More QuestionsDid this latest layoff at Shopify of nearly 20% hit the sales org hard? Accepted a role as a SMB AE for Retail (expansion). Noticed quota attainment was low for last Q, but did see they ended up adjusting quotas after the fact due to the low attainment. Is attainment historically low? How often do the territories change once you've been assigned? Should I be concerned?
