Poor. Sales team structure is always changing. Rev ops look for ways to keep your commission. Who you know and internal relationships matter far above talent. Books of business are massively unfair but management doesn't seem bothered to change them. Typical tenure is under 12 months. Stay away unless you want to leverage the logo into a better job after a year.

The comp plan was confusing to say the least, they also changed it multiple times mid quota period. the training for ICs is decent, but next to no support for leaders.

A couple of years ago, my experience at the company was nothing short of exceptional. Unfortunately, the dynamics within the company have shifted dramatically due to changes in leadership, which have had a notable impact on the sales organization.
