There's a lot of DIY learning and moving pieces when they restructure the teams and accounts - they switch things up every quarter or two so be adaptable. Compensation could be higher, but the good outweighs the bad. There's a path to $200K+, but is often based on the lead quality and segment you're place in.

Reps are given books that will drove them 200% of quota or given a book that will get you to 2% of quota. The attrition rate of the team is over 35% in 2025.
