The account data is horrible on our books of business and there is zero leadership accountability to fix the books. Reps are given books that will drove them 200% of quota or given a book that will get you to 2% of quota. The attrition rate of the team is over 35% in 2025.

My experience at Shopify has been solid so far. I got a bit lucky though , I landed on a team of down to earth reps and a manager who gets the highs and lows of sales. It’s a safe environment—whether you’re missing the mark or crushing it. My best advice? Focus on personal branding. It’s what separates reps—aside from just hitting target.
