Overall experience was neutral / slightly negative. Quotas kept changing for the worse, and I had the misfortune of having a young inexperienced manager (a former IC) who was useless from a resource/coaching perspective and was a micromanager. I would not go back.

Cult-like, robotic culture with very uncertain commission payouts. Deals are audited and no matter what you signed in the contract there is a potential that your deal will be sized down after the fact. Company tracks all activity and you will be held accountable to how many emails/calls/meeting you have weekly.

Awesome place to work. Remote work is enjoyable, quotas are attainable and work culture is great. Some quarters are better than other and there are challenges, but overall would recommend
