Current Employee Dramatic changes in the last 18 months. Quota achievement was high among BDRs, but quota increased drastically this year. In a meeting, I was told by a leader that we needed to work harder to make money...Incentives have been removed, territories are overworked, and the SDR organization keeps hiring. Changes in verticals and territories have destroyed morale and achievement. Overall, it is an excellent company with a fantastic product, but don't expect much from leadership in the sales team. Training is subpar, and you will not get promoted unless you consistently achieve 150-200% of the quota - unless you are one of management's favorites. I've been passed on promotions even though I never underperformed. It's a great place to get some experience, but people have been leaving or speaking of leaving in droves.
