Current Employee3.6Jul 8, 2024The Mid-Market segment scaled waaaay too quickly. They went from 8 to 30 reps last Q4/Q1 and it's been chaos for them trying to figure out segmentation and quota. We just had our second quarter in a row were not even 20% of the segment hit quota. To make it even worse, nearly everyone was put on performance plans.
