Great vision and product with clear strategy (as of FY25). Excellent communication from leadership team at the top and strong commitment to delighting customers. Execution of vision by middle management not as great. understaffed in many areas of the business means everyone is maxed out on bandwidth. Positioned well in the market and have a good right-to-win story, but major changes in GTM strategy need another year+ to materialize. Lots of people leave and come back to work at Sitecore and I understand why. The grass isn’t always greener and Sitecore has enough pros to make it a good place to work.

Sitecore is restructuring their sales organization and dealing with an identity crisis. They are still a leader in the CMS space, but given their handful of acquisition over the last few years, they are trying to figure out how they want to go to market and succeed in the DXP space.
