Former Employee2.9Jul 25, 2025quotas have been set to force people out as they are tied to data cloud and agentforce and you don’t control more than 50% of your number and are at the mercy of salesforce doing well on these new products. product hasnt been innovated on well and msft teams challenge hasn’t been addressed (no real urgency to move off of Teams).
