Salesforce has a terrible GTM strategy with Slack and they are bringing in more and more Salesforce employees and leaders that are ruining the culture. Slack culture used to be amazing, but now we're just part of the "Ohana" and it's terrible.

Current Employee3.7Jun 28, 2025Flexible working hours. Hybrid. No culture of micro-management (in mid-market anyway). Other AEs are genuinely sound and become friends in real life. Nice company culture. The downside is the compensation incentive and quotas - they are impossible to achieve and create an extremely high pressured environment.
