Some favourtism towards certain reps. Base is good for Galway, comp plan has no ceiling , most high performing reps making 110k

I worked there for 9 years, overall experience was great. I worked my way up from BDR to AM 2. good organization to build your sales career. unclear territory definition led to unnecessary internal friction. Product Market fit can vary depending on BU.
