Current Employee3.3Mar 10, 2024Decent place if you are starting out as they don't pay great. Promotions in EMEA is a popularity contest. If you are in the VP's good books you're grand else you'd be overlooked. Middle management are busy pandering so that's not helpful.

Their enablement program was horrible, and they don't seem to have many resources in place to have someone to ramp and onboard successfully.
