I don't think they should employee brand new to the industry and jobs for entry-level people. Their enablement program was horrible, and they don't seem to have many resources in place to have someone to ramp and onboard successfully. If I were to do it all over again, I would have never gone. It's sink or swim. After leaving the company I noticed so many people who left the company voicing their grievances of being swindled, taken advantage of and back stabbed. I did not feel supported, and it was one of those environments where people do not seem excited rather on edge.

EMEA VP dictates the place. Put up with it or get out of the company. Instills Fear into managers and reps making it a toxic workplace and culture. Company has high potential to be a leader in space.
