Instills Fear into managers and reps making it a toxic workplace and culture.
Company has high potential to be a leader in space. Reps need more accountability from managers. But managers need to provide more training and confidence.
Pricing model needs to be adjusted and marketing/ produce should be better aligned with the Sales team.
