Acquisition had the org in disarray. Many people were let go and those who were still with the company were in many gray areas around earning potential and quota numbers.

3 years ago it was incredible from leadership to the role itself. Since we went from public to private and drastically changed our licensing model to the detriment of both our customers and sales org, I've lost confidence in leadership completely. The lack of answers from any leader on basic questions for this new license model has lead to a mass exodus across sales...Read More

Management is incentivized to do whatever it takes to make their number. While management strives to achieve its goals, often it will directly affect the customer at the time of renewal unfairly. In contrast, successful managers are rewarded with pay increases, recognition, and promotions, while sales staff may be let go and blamed for poor customer satisfaction.
