Acquisition had the org in disarray. Many people were let go and those who were still with the company were in many gray areas around earning potential and quota numbers.

My overall experience is ok. While being a top performer I was overlooked for a lateral move into Sales Engineering. They hired 6 people from outside the company. After having made a huge deal about Fuel50 and career development.

Quota is typically unattainable unless you have multiple territories. Leadership does not communicate major changes.

Lots of challenge right now with the new pricing model, as well as changes to the compensation structure. Still believe in the company, customers get value from product and love working with my immediate team.
