My overall experience at Smartsheet is positive. The leadership are solid, hard-working people. The reps here are great people. However, in recent years, the inbound lead flow has dramatically slowed and the organization is not built/prepared for outbound outreach with significant data hygiene issues in Salesforce/Account Mapping. This leads to a frustrating environment where account alignments shift rapidly, you can never be sure
