The leadership is all over the place there are quiet lay-offs left and right, there is a disproportionate énfasis on daily metrics, they do not care about who is doing well they will lay off anyone just to save some pennies.

The recent changes made within the organization make this place unrecognizable. What used to be a great work environment and culture has turned into a large gap between sales and leadership. Every company has its highs and lows and right now Smartsheet is at an extreme low. Botched new licensing rollout, inhibiting sellers ability to hit quota, complete turnover of c-suite.
