The entire C Suite has churned over the last 1.5 years. Most recently, the CEO decided to “retire” and the CRO is bailing after a little over a year. No word on replacements. We also dont have a CMO or CFO at the moment. Numerous product issues have seriously damaged customer trust and the remaining employees capable of correcting course are leaving in droves. Best days of Smartsheet are in the rear view mirror.
