Employee sentiment is generally down since transition to private ownership. Many employees have left. Still money to be made depending on segment, and still many good/bright people working here.

Great people all over the business, but most are on the way out after drastic changes to product have been made by leadership, which were poorly rolled out and communicated to client-facing roles, and expected to be executed on by those same teams. 20% or so are hitting quota, most people are miserable, the run is over but it was fun while it lasted.
