Good company with great people but the go to market structure shift on top of economic conditions made sales attainment a challenge. Lack of transparency from leadership during acquisition as well.

Acquisition had the org in disarray. Many people were let go and those who were still with the company were in many gray areas around earning potential and quota numbers.
