My overall experience was very positive. It can absolutely become a grind at times, but I would say this is the best company I have ever worked for. Wonderful people and culture. But most importantly, I more often feel I was overpaid than under paid when it came to commissions. I never once felt I was short changed and that is very important to me. Finally, what is really important is the impact that our product has on the market. We do improve the way you work!

Smartsheet feels like a sinking ship. Reckless decisions are being made at the top without any warning and top sales leadership is being fired. We’ve lost 6 executives in a year and a half. Micromanaging is becoming the standard practice.

Great product, but not a sales-oriented culture at all. Clients typically love the product and there are a lot of use cases to keep the sales cycles interesting.
