Good team, and good overall company. Account assignment is an absolute mess however. BoB's are assigned at random and are littered with fake accounts/ non-existent companies/ duplicates galore. There also was never urgency to fix those issues almost like turning a blind eye. Inbound lead flow is immensely few & far between. Which is fine everyone is dealing with...Read More

There have been a lot of changes at Smartsheet in my last year here. Significant changes in leadership, being acquired by a private equity firm, offshoring a lot of the workforce to Costa Rica, and a complete overhaul in how Smartsheet goes to market led to my departure.
