It’s industry agnostic much like excel or google sheets. The avg deal size and cycle time will get you laughed out of any serious sales organization during their interview process. Easy to enter, but impossible to rise….or leave.

The people at Smartsheet are great, but changes to the pricing model have resulted in many unhappy customers. Quota feels unattainable for most people.

I enjoy my time at Smartsheet! I started when the org was new, and have watched it grow. I have always had fun here, and love the product. It's tougher to sell because it does 'everything' so you do need to know a lot about the product and we sell to everyone, so the ramp up period is vast. But I really enjoy using the product and I like the company.
