I enjoy my time at Smartsheet! I started when the org was new, and have watched it grow. I have always had fun here, and love the product. It's tougher to sell because it does 'everything' so you do need to know a lot about the product and we sell to everyone, so the ramp up period is vast. But I really enjoy using the product and I like the company.

MIddle managers are a joke and just chucking reps under the bus

Inbound lead flow is nonexisitent. Leadership is churning and burning reps w/o any consideration of territory, new hires are then expected to sell to the same churning territories.
