It was an overall good experience. Weird timing starting while no one was in office, not sure if that has changed. Could do better at having teams that are all in one place

I worked for a subsidiary of Smartsheet that had a great culture that supported its sales team, however that team has been eliminated. Smartsheet itself has been a decent place to work, but due to PE acquisition, change is constant.

Leadership has gone down the drain. Majority of current managers were promoted due to good books as reps. No real sales skills being taught.

Smartsheet is a great software and customers genuinely like it. From my perspective I think companywide leadership is so hyper focused on growth and revenue that sometimes the employees themselves and employee contentment gets slightly neglected
