Current Employee I think the recent acquisition by PE is a great unknown but the overall experience at Smartsheet has seen a diminishing horizon of professional growth while, at the same time, leadership has been less inspired and creative and just more arbitrary and fear-based. A good outcome for Smartsheet overall would be to get fresh mid-tier and front-line management, specifically a talent pool that has recent sales experience so that they can provide more effective coaching to IC's. Current Employee No inbound leads, territory luck is your best bet at success.
