Smartsheet has a huge amount of potential but misses the mark with leadership at a local and global level. The culture is great, you'll meet some incredible and talented people, but the product is complex and businesses typically view it as a "nice to have" than business critical. I'd recommend applying if you're interested, but ask the right questions around quota and negotiate the salary you want from the start, internal pay rises minimal, even if you're a top performer.

3 years ago it was incredible from leadership to the role itself. Since we went from public to private and drastically changed our licensing model to the detriment of both our customers and sales org, I've lost confidence in leadership completely.
