OGs have a big leg up on accounts, new hires hope to get lucky with assigned accounts and to not lose prospects at the turn of the fiscal year. Decent training, poor management but the product is good and users like it, tough to sell-in initially but relatively easy to upsell to existing customers as long as implementation and CS perform.

My overall experience was positive for the most part. Some managers are better than others. Internal processes are not efficient, and for a company that sells efficiency that was very time consuming.

3 years ago it was incredible from leadership to the role itself. Since we went from public to private and drastically changed our licensing model to the detriment of both our customers and sales org, I've lost confidence in leadership completely. The lack of answers from any leader on basic questions for this new license model has lead to a mass exodus across sales...Read More
