Great product that creates opportunity if you're proactive with accounts. Ramp up time can be long because Smartsheet as a variety of use cases, and some can involve complex processes. Many customers love Smartsheet, so it makes it easy to crack open an account if you're well versed in the product, ICP, stories, and commit to daily activities.

New licensing model is creating a lot of customers to churn and was selfishly done for the acquisition to get as much guaranteed transactional money. A lot of legacy employees and leadership has left the company.

Typical corporate company. Going through some grow changes and struggles, but overall leaders have been as transparent as they can and direct manager/sales leaders are very supportive and invested in everyone's success.
