Current Employee3.4Feb 29, 2024New VP for Strat Accounts has been killing the culture. He also committed to the replanted build a great comp plan since the old one wasn’t any good. He actually made it worse. Failed all around. Most reps are now looking elsewhere. There will be a lot of open spots this year.
