Sales culture is nonexistent (no SKO for 3 years in a row). More senior leadership change in 2024 than I have seen in my career at a company in a single year. Brand new pricing model that customers aren't happy with. CEO seems to be only focusing on his cash out from the PE buyout. Unfortunately, the Exec team has lost the plot. Company is on a downward trajectory, with zero internal investments in even attempting to create a culture of success and comradery. Very, very out of touch new Sales Leadership. Not a top tier SaaS company anymore, if I were looking, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My overall experience at Smartsheet was great, the leadership really care about Sales & helping to optimize performance.
