Good experience at Smartsheet overall, but people were leaving early and floor felt a little empty at time.....somewhat low energy across the team as a whole, with some standout superstars there as well.

I think the recent acquisition by PE is a great unknown but the overall experience at Smartsheet has seen a diminishing horizon of professional growth while, at the same time, leadership has been less inspired and creative and just more arbitrary and fear-based.
