Smart people, solution is best of breed and customers see real value. Culture has changed over time and everything is very much a process now- Follow the script , update sfdc, etc..

Former Employee3.7Jan 13, 2025Aside from lacking steady management given organizational, structural changes - Snowflake is a pretty great place to work. SDR to AE pipeline is/was dry internally, but work-wise, solid chance to perform well.
