So far it is a great ride in an ever changing company. The product is great and it feels good to know that we are actually helping our customers. However, growing so fast comes with a price, we have a lot of re-structuring and other changes going on so often and in a pace that I have not seen somewhere else before. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but if you join you should be aware of it and embrace it.

The product itself is excellent, but the company's sales leadership has significant shortcomings, which are evident in the stock's performance over the past few years.

All depends on timing, terriotory and your direct leader. product can still be succuessful but not as ground breaking and oversatured market compared to 5-10 years ago.
