Former Employee3.3Jan 3, 2024Snowflake's SMB org is unfortunately undergoing a huge shift (for the worst) and the culture across that entire org has been completely shot compared to where it was 2 years ago. Snowflake's product is amazing and I loved selling it, but when you are micromanaged, no path or vision forward, and you are underpaid.....a great product can only take you so far. Former Employee4.3Oct 4, 2023Overall it’s a great company to work for with a great product, although there are cheaper alternatives and with current market conditions customer are realising that They over hired sales reps globally and now reaping the downside to it, making reps hand their notice in rather than sacking to that they can’t go to competition due to non compete clause
