I’ve had an excellent experience at Snowflake. It’s a standout organization with warm, high-caliber people who collaborate and care. The product is first rate and delivers real value to customers. The culture is healthy and genuinely values work-life balance. Compensation and benefits are strong. The one area that needs work is career progression - paths can be unclear and promotions can feel slow. With more transparency and well-defined growth tracks, it would be close to perfect.
