Snowflake is a great place to work. Great product and consistently improving. The commission structure in Enterprise Acquisition is very favorable for the reps because it allows for such a high ceiling in compensation, which is exactly how greenfield sellers should be motivated. Commission structure in Enterprise Expansion could use some work but leadership has actively been trying to adjust it in favor of reps. Overall I think leadership is making good decisions when it comes to the Enterprise/Majors sales organizations.

Culture and money making potential has changed dramatically over the past 3yrs. This is normal for any company that goes through the type of rapid growth like snow did. Smart people, solution is best of breed and customers see real value. Culture has changed over time and everything is very much a process now- Follow the script , update sfdc, etc..
