Instead of focusing on innovating, the company focus on beating Databricks, now they are getting the best down by Databricks and fell far behind in AI. Also they made an easy to predict cost model to a complete black box angering customers with all these behind the scene cost services.

My experience has been negative so far. Bait and switch. New directors gatekeep the path to CAE based on arbitrary perceptions of SDRs. The CAE org and SDR org have a very contentious relationship due to the difficult personalities all around. A highly political environment. Our comp is not even aligned with incentives.
