My experience has been negative so far. Bait and switch. New directors gatekeep the path to CAE based on arbitrary perceptions of SDRs. The CAE org and SDR org have a very contentious relationship due to the difficult personalities all around. A highly political environment. Our comp is not even aligned with incentives. Because the meetings don't always drive value, we don't even have a solid leaderboard or celebrate the high performers. We celebrate SDRs who can schmooze the correct SDR leaders.
