Solid overall experience. Great leadership and people, yet high stress and a lot of AE's success was dependent on accounts and client adoption of the product. Great training internally yet a lot for a new AE to digest.

I personally hit goal 4 out of the 6 years at Snowflake, but during my time they were constantly changing the comp plan because they didnt know how to goal appropriately while keeping up with Wall Streets lofty revenue expectations.
