People getting let go for virtually no reason & everyone felt like they were always about to get axed. Product is amazing though.

Many reps seem stuck in the 70-85% attainment bucket based on unrealistic targets. Their product is fantastic but the expectations for growth to achieve quota are becoming more unrealistic.
