Pros • Great Product, bright future • Many opportunities to learn about the product in training sessions • Some stellar colleagues Cons • Since the company is still young and focused on growth, they work their sales org fairly hard. Time management and task prioritization is critical in this role. • As in any sales role, if you aren't performing, they are quick to cut you. • Some middle management harmful to overall sales org performance.
