Current Employee the 100% consumption rep model has been a challenge for ops to nail. The ones who hit over 100% in FY25 hit big as far as their comp, but the ones who didn't left were left with much to be desired. With how they're working on currently structuring it this year, reps on consumption are generally bearish on the new model. We don't have our comp plans for FY26 yet.
