Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Snowflake's SMB org is unfortunately undergoing a huge shift (for the worst) and the culture across that entire org has been completely shot compared to where it was 2 years ago. Snowflake's product is amazing and I loved selling it, but when you are micromanaged, no path or vision forward, and you are underpaid.....a great product can only take you so far. Hopefully they figure out their culture issues (in SMB specifically) soon, as their talent base will suffer long term if not. Current Employee My overall experience was great . Lot of fun to be around the team
