Snowflake's SMB org is unfortunately undergoing a huge shift (for the worst) and the culture across that entire org has been completely shot compared to where it was 2 years ago. Snowflake's product is amazing and I loved selling it, but when you are micromanaged, no path or vision forward, and you are underpaid.....a great product can only take you so far. Hopefully they figure out their culture issues (in SMB specifically) soon, as their talent base will suffer long term if not.

Mixed - toxic culture. Be wary Snowflake fired 2/3rd of my time and deliberately didn’t give a colleague his last vesting though he was entitled to it.

I’m new but this is an awesome place. Smart people, great leaders, decent comp, amazing product/market fit. Lots of dudes but us women in sales are used to that and they’re working to improve those ratios.
