It is a very high stress environment, non stop inbound calls. Qoutas that can be difficult to hit, call times that were impossible to hit. I ended up leaving due to burn out. At one point I had 120 sales reps under me.

My overall experience was good, but not great. They offer up to a 12-month ramp period for quotas which is great. Although the do require a 12-week basecamp which is extensive in my opinion and is not training on actual sales process within their system but focuses on the methodology of selling the "Spectrum way." Tough job. Hardly any EAE’s survive. No one hits quota. Great pay if you do hit quota though.

Terrible leadership and below average compensation package in NYC. Turnover is so bad that they hire reps without having a territory to fill with the expectation people will quit.
